Winston-Salem Convention & Visitors Bureau - Consistently ranked as one of North Carolina's top destinations, Winston-Salem with its population of 187,500, offers great charm and appeal, the perfect compliment to any meeting or convention. Winston-Salem's convenient downtown meeting space, the Downtown Connection, consists of the MC Benton Jr. Convention & Civic Center and the Adam's Mark Winston Plaza, which offers 160,000 sq ft of meeting space and two main ballroom halls that can accommodate 1,500 people for banquet and 2,500 people for a theater-style event.
